Top Level Administration
Global Directors
Overview: The Board of Global Directors, otherwise known as the "Directorate," is the main executive body of not only the Presidium but the Authority at large. Tasked with directing the Authority from a global perspective, the Board wields an immense amount of overreach over the entire organization, able to direct Authority assets with little oversight.
Typically, the Board is comprised of eleven elected officials, each representing either one of three divisions or of their respective Regional Commands. Both acting as the invisible hands behind the organization and as diplomatic figures outside of the Authority, GDs are expected to use their fortitude to manage regional policy and oversee critical directives to ensure normalcy is maintained worldwide.
Although most information on the history of individual Directors is classified, some of their history and character traits have been compiled here by documenters.
Divisional Representatives:: The "Big Three" are representatives elected by the officers of each Division, who represent Divisional interest in Global Directorate affairs. They inevitably will always come from the background of service in their representative Division, and will bring their respective background and experience to the table in any given conversation.

GD-CMDR: Global director representative "Commander" for Protection. Personality Archetype: A calm forward thinking intelligence officer who is always thinking of the outcomes of his actions. GD-CMDR used to be a soldier, but was conscripted into the intelligence community after the loss of his arm. His lack of a limb required him to think differently, and he quickly rose up the ranks of the CIA, and then the ACI, as one of the most ingenious recruits. |

GD-ARCH: Global director representative "Architect" for Containment. Personality Archetype: An engineer who’s always thinking up new ways using technology to push the Authority forward. GD-ARCH was conscripted into the Authority after managing to restrain a rogue anomaly using a crude device. Much more straightforward than other members, GD-ARCH always looks for a short-term solution before building up long-term ones, and can often get impatient with the other GDs. |
Regional Representatives: Regional Directors are representatives of their region, from 9 areas, selected by both geographical and cultural backgrounds. Though they outnumber Divisional GDs by 3 to 1, their interests will almost always invariably line up in one way or another, as they often fight each other for funding and must appeal to their respective voting blocks.

Decisive, aggressive, and fully committed to the goal of protecting humanity from the anomalous. Is perfectly willing to flex Authority power if it means containing the anomalous, and cares little for the objections of any potential GOIs or AOIs. Can easily be described as a war-hawk. |

Special Representatives: Throughout its history, the Authority has been faced by numerous outside forces posing an existential threat to our organization's continual existence. During periods of crisis, decisive action may need to be taken where the Board is unable to devote the proper amount of attention for effective engagement. Due to this, several tertiary positions have been created within the Board in the advent of significant hostile engagement with outside groups.
