Specifically the choice to shroud much of it in mystery without offering anything curious to grasp from it, instead coming off incomplete.

Otherwise I love the elaborate bits on their clique behavior, social structure and most of all detailing their festivites and visiting procedures to their homeworld. Somehow felt like reverse containment protocols placement without losing its function, for lack of better phrasing.
