This is a dumb, stupid dumb idiot bad concept and I really, really liked it.
You've got some typos and tone errors what need fixing though.

Says the guy who wrote an RPC about a gun that makes you shit yourself.
Mild coldpost, but ideas don't matter. All that matters is execution. Imagine that somebody wrote an article about a hat that takes over your mind when you wear it, but it was written extremely well, expanded on the idea in creative and innovative ways, and even some people from SCP gave it 5 stars. Would you give it 1 star just because of the base idea?

Von I've made your recommended changes from the discord, thanks.
I thought it might be fun to allow others to add onto the 2nd addendum tab by including their ideas so there can be an extensive list later on.
A good example on how to write an effective gamma white RPC that is both creative, intense, fun and absolutely bat shit fucking insane.

This is beautiful. The idea is goddamn funny, and the execution is great - after reading a couple of less-than-stellar articles, it's an incredible relief to read an RPC article that's actually written properly. Considering the absurd nature of the premise, the amount of detail and content in the article is incredible, so I applaud the author for that. If I were to add anything, I'd put it some mention of how likely affected people are to harm any human or other creature in the way of their race - it seems likely that someone obsessed with going fast would have very little regard for human life, and if that's the case, I'd think that would make this anomaly an Orange-class. Otherwise, this is as interesting as it is hilarious, staggering work. Vroom vroom.

…Deja vu
Five stars without a single doubt. Definitely enjoyed translating it.
However, I should suggest that integrating some footnotes into the main body text might make the article look much cleaner. Plus, those "solenoid engine" and "Scandinavian turn" can be easily googled by people, therefore I don't think we need footnotes for them.
