It's really good! There's only a few grammar mistakes and stuff there, but overall I enjoyed reading it.
"Upon direct physical contact with RPC-252-1, The subject will enter a trance-like state", the T is capitalized.
"RPC-252 and allowed to write until stage 2 pf RPC-252's effects." It should be of, not pf.
"It is unknown as to whether or not RPC-252 give subjects knowledge of new topics." Seems like it should be "gives" instead.
"authority CSD and his remorse for the murder of Allison ████ in June of 199█." I don't think "authority" is needed here, and if it is capitalization helps. Also, instead of "and his remorse", saying " as well as his remorse" might help the sentence flow.
", as the subject is kept alive by IV nutrition" You already mentioned IV drips being used, so this is a bit redundant.
"as the Black Death and Spanish flu." Maybe use their scientific names instead, and footnote their common names as well?
To be honest, this is just nitpicking at this point. It's a great read, and I give it 5 stars.
