RPC Authority

For those of you who don't know, at the beginning of the site, there were fun little discussions on what could be made as an article for the RPC. One of these was an RPC that makes hot chocolate that would kill people in poor nations every time it was used. I decided to run with it and make changes to make it an official RPC.

Now, I want to thank TheGreatTarbolin69, Enkrum does not match any existing user name, and Peanutmanington for criticism both in the discord and in the forums themselves.

It was a pleasure to write this, and I hope you people enjoy!

The story felt a bit inspired at the start and to be honest I didn't feel very satisfied at the end. The idea was fairly good and I enjoyed some parts but the writing feels a bit boring at parts.
With that out of the way, I find it silly that the authority would be as dumb as to leave 460 uncontained and in the cafeteria, certainly an organisation so used to insane, mind-warping, ass-poundingly strange and dangerous anomalies wouldn't ever let such a thing just hanging out in the cafeteria, as no thorough research could ever ensure the safety of an anomaly to that degree. That alone is enough to break the immersion for me, sadly.
