I'm not hugely fond of how the offsets were used here. The difference between the first two pages was ill-defined, and the final page was disappointing. Additionally, the dark red revision text is a strain to read.
I feel like it should've ended with the ambiguous ending of the second page. I was already more than satisfied with how the article had played out up to that point, and what comes after is the most predictable fallout of the events before. Seeing the Authority decide to violate the climate-altering anomaly's resting place is like, say, watching the characters in a horror movie decide to split up. The eleventh-hour GoI mention didn't really do much for me either.
Besides that, though, this was a great look into a fascinating anomaly featuring incredibly immersive character interactions and events. I loved most of what I saw, and I'm honestly miffed that I felt let down by the ending. 4/5
