I really like the ominous theme and the lack of information. However, you used the word "they" 9 times in an article that's supposed to be as concise as possible.

Also why is the lethality rating Red? There's nothing in the article about the anomaly killing or hurting others.

Other than that, this article definitely made me question reality. But the RPC ends kind of abruptly on what it considers to be "an immense threat to global normalcy". Come on, why don't I get to see an investigation or plan into solving the RPC-201 problem? Was disappointing in that regard, but other than that, decent piece that I think could lead to interesting tales. 4 stars.
