RPC-929 is to be contained in a 4m3 chamber paneled with lead. The cell is regularly sterilized to prevent RPC-929 from contacting foreign plants or animal matter. As of 31st March 2020, human exploration of ALTR-929 is strictly prohibited until further notice.
The LCQ drones stationed at ALTR-929 are to be hidden from RPC-929-1 and RPC-929-2's view. The drones are set to destruct its mold layer as soon as either entity notice it.

Description:
RPC-929 is a cross-dimensional rift situated in the disarranged cadaver of 34-year-old George █████, a former CSD-class personnel. Its near vicinity radiates a hazardous fluctuation calculated to be around 3.79 ACS.
Active organic compounds that are submerged inside the coherency bubble for a period of 30-45 minutes (depending on mass) are broken down and reconstructed into a particle-waveform state within the infoplane. This process is akin to being transported into a dream: where the succession of images, ideas, emotions, and sensations are given the illusion of corporeal substance.
ALTR-929 is a meta-imaginarium1 situated within the inner axis of the baseline reality. Despite behaving like a physical reality, it is structured in a wave-form state, and thus is prone to the distortion of human perception. ALTR-929's construction is modeled after the county of ████████, Kansas. Its native inhabitants (designated ALTR-929-e) are each designed to resemble the various people in George █████'s life.
ALTR-929 is controlled and maintained by three major anomalies, designated RPC-929-1, RPC-929-2, and RPC-929-3 respectively. The descriptions of these entities are as follows:

RPC-929-1
Description:
RPC-929-1 is the corporeal personification of RPC-929's remaining consciousness as George █████. It retains █████'s personality as well as his memories before his arrest in ██/██/2017.
RPC-929-1's nature is to create and maintain creations within ALTR-929. Unlike its previous manifestation, it is unaware of its reality-warping ability, opting to simulate George █████'s life in ████████, Kansas instead.
The mantle of RPC-929-1 can be passed from person to person, influencing RPC-929-2's appearance as well as ALTR-929's. The exact method of this transfer is unknown.
Early into the creation of a new ALTR-929 model, the imaginarium will attempt to simulate the continuation of its current ego's memories. Over time, the framework will corrupt into an illogical dreamscape as seen in the previous ALTR-929 model.
Addendum-929-A: Previous ALTR Model
ALTR-929 was originally discovered while it was under the control of British student "Camille █████". Information on the previous model of ALTR-929 can be seen in the following file:
During Camille █████'s incarnation as RPC-929-1, only two humans were confirmed to have been transported to ALTR-929. Those being Esmée Carina (PoI-929A) and George █████ (CSD-6868). Archeological analysis suggest that there might've been many other versions of ALTR-929 that was under the control of humans and animals alike.
According to PoI-929A's account, Camille █████'s older brother, Lewis █████, was her predecessor to the RPC-929-1 mantle, a reign that lasted only a few hours before his termination under RPC-929-2.
