OL-Site-356's location on North Sentinel Island

Containment Protocols: OL-Site-356 is to be camouflaged among the local foliage of North Sentinel Island, with camouflaged ASF personnel stationed around it. TERS-I Glyphs are to be used on the exterior of the site so as to prevent North Sentinelese from entering the site. Any Authority agents assigned to RPC-356 are to be quarantined for three weeks before entering the island, in which they are to have a boat travel 35 miles from Port Blair, where they will meet with an on-site agent assigned to assist them to swim the remaining five miles. Authority travel to OL-Site-356 is to be kept to a minimum and no attempt to interact with the North Sentinel People is to be allowed.

Built around RPC-356 is a containment area measuring 10m2 with a height of 5m. On both sides of RPC-356, an INAN-2 inoculator is to be set, and the appropriate device is to be activated as soon as an entity has been spotted exiting RPC-356. If the inoculation is unsuccessful, MST Uniform-03 ASF Officers will incapacitate or pacify the entity attempting to escape by whatever means necessary. Before any research is to be done in the containment area, both inoculators are to be set off, so as to make sure no entities located inside are able to harm RPC staff and/or exit the containment area.

For the time being, all OL-Site-356 staff are to completely avoid touching RPC-356-01 or doing anything that would disturb it. Containment plans in regards to using the sword to restabilize RPC-356 are still being worked on.

Members of Uniform-03 are to keep watch on RPC-356's containment area alongside POI-ß-001 or two Level-3 researchers. When the entity has been successfully captured, stationed personnel are to decide whether to terminate, forcibly detain, or return the entity to RPC-356. As of 9/04/20██, the official containment protocols for this file are to be restructured at the earliest available time, pending an investigation, and hinging entirely on the status of RPC-356, RPC-356-1, and PoI-ß-001 once the Anomalous Phenomena surrounding Pabbay Island is estimated to cease.

After Incident-356-001, MST Uniform-03 has been disbanded and all members are to be captured. A notice has been sent to all Authority Sites with the description of all Uniform-03 members that haven't been captured yet, with the exception of members who entered RPC-356 during Incident-356-001.

Description: RPC-356 is a large circular dimensional-rift located on North Sentinel Island. RPC-356 has been known to sporadically change in size, with its diameter ranging from 30 centimeters to 8 meters. RPC-356 is believed to lead to the fictional country of Rhaybar described in the Randolph Gowering series, "Sands of Glass, Voice of Iron". The entrance to RPC-356 shows the city of 'Ula Al-Jayim in the distance, which appears to be identical to its appearance in the 1998 television adaptation of the first book.

While uncommon, entities have been documented to regularly travel out of RPC-356 starting approximately 18 days after it was stated to have been created by PoI-ß-0011. Fortunately, the first few entities that exited RPC-356 were small animals and were no issue to return to RPC-356. Entities exiting RPC-356 appear to be highly frightened and on alert before inoculation. While RPC-356's entrance on North Sentinel Island tends to shift in size, the entrance in Rhaybar remains the same size of 5 meters in diameter, leading to entities being larger or smaller than their natural size when entering baseline reality through RPC-356. To date, about 300 entities have exited RPC-356. Multiple entities (Deemed RPC-356-2a, 2b, 2c, etc.) have matched the description of characters from the series2 and have been captured and held for questioning.

RPC-356-01 is a large golden sword with several unknown symbols inscribed upon it. Holding onto the hilt is the hand of a yet-to-be-identified man, although based on the appearance and last-known whereabouts, it is believed to be the hand of the fictional individual, "Hasan Maza." Analysis shows that RPC-356-01 is composed of iron, bronze, and an unknown metal, possibly originating from Cair Aisling. According to PoI-ß-001, the symbols inscribed on it are magical runes, specifically the "Gnorr, Hrend, Muilk and Klohj" Runes. RPC-356-01 is currently lodged into the ground underneath RPC-356. An initial attempt to remove RPC-356-01, in hopes that it would neutralize RPC-356, led to the rift becoming unstable and shifting in size; The ensuing chaos from this incident only ceased when PoI-ß-001 was able to successfully stop staff from completely dislodging the sword, which temporarily counteracted RPC-356’s erratic behavior, which it has gradually been destabilizing into it’s current state even since.

Addendum: Based on the testimony of PoI-ß-001, RPC-356-2d, RPC-356-2e, and RPC-356-2h, RPC-356 was created by members of Uniform-03 led by ██████ ████████ who went AWOL while on a mission in the Cair Aisling Anomalous Zone. This group was one of the first scouting groups sent into Cair Aisling, tasked with finding possible areas and entities of interest on the island. They were also aided by a Level-1 Researcher who studied cartography, although their current whereabouts and status is unknown.

This squad was typically tasked with keeping watch over RPC-869-2 and RPC-869-4, using darts coated in tranquilizer or natural poisons shot through simple blowguns to keep them away from public sight and to stop poachers that may pose a threat to these anomalies' secrecy and health. Therefore, the members of this unit were acquainted to using more rudementary weapons, which the anomalous field would not repel. When sending the agents to Cair Aisling, the Authority allowed them to bring whatever equipment they deemed necessary and provided them with gambesons3 for protection.

While they could not be tracked when they were inside Cair Aisling, an ACI agent in Camp Crannock noticed them leaving the island in the middle of the night, only three days after entering said island. The Authority was able to track their movements but were unable to apprehend the agents, with the final piece of security footage, collected on 8/24/20██, showing the agents purchasing a boat that was found ten miles away from North Sentinel Island. This boat was searched and found to contain most of the civilian clothes they were wearing while on the run, as well as several gun cases.
