Reichsokkultabteilung: Project Fire Breathers

Despite the fire-breather never seeing action in the war, its performance has exceeded our expectations, and its loyalty to the Kaiser is undoubted. However, the treaty of Versailles has made any possibility of future research into this program impossible. As both the economic hardships that the reparations are causing, and the ban on anomalous military research have ensured that much.

The terms of the treaty regarding anomalous development are currently being enforced by an organization known as the "RPC Authority" which intelligence suggests might be responsible for the great war. This, as you all understand, is a most egregious offense.

From what we can tell, the Authority thinks the Kaiser has been taken out of power, which is entirely false. While the Grand Kaiser has no power over the German government anymore, the Reichsokkultabteilung remains loyal.

Reichsokkultabteilung: Prepare for the storm.

This National Socialist party has gotten out of hand, and I believe that there is nothing we can do to stop it now. They have recently put Chancellor Adolf Hitler into control of the government, and he has ordered that the Reichsokkultabteilung be disbanded. And he has created the German Anomalous Research Division.

Due to the ideals and values of Chancellor Hitler I, the head of the German Reichsokkultabteilung, second to only the Great Kaiser himself am ordering that we do not comply with that man's orders. He is not the leader of Germany, and he sure as hell isn't in charge of us.

My orders are as follows: destroy any documentation of our anomalous assets and get off the grid. That man is planning something dangerous, and we must be prepared to do whatever we can to stop him. We must go into hiding for now, but we will rise again.

Information: MH-013 is the designation of a type of soldier created by the traitorous Kaiser loyal organization Reichsokkultabteilung, for the purpose of military reinforcement. These soldiers have a seemingly unlimited supply of ammunition and are extremely resilient to damage.

Counter-Measures: MH-013 can be fought off by the use of conventional anti-tank weaponry. They might be strong, but they cannot oppose the might of the Grand Fuhrer.

Result: Facility Annihilation

Written Report: On the ██th Laboratory, #14 was attacked under the cover of darkness by various recorded anomalous entities including multiple MH-025, M-009, H-002, and MH-013. These entities broke into the facility and quickly overwhelmed the facility's security force, who immediately sounded a distress signal.

At the time Laboratory #14 was reverse-engineering some recently uncovered Reichsokkultabteilung artifacts, and experimenting on captured Reichsokkultabteilung produced anomalous humanoids.

When reinforcements arrived at Laboratory #14, they found that it had been completely burned to the ground. And only 3 of the personnel that was stationed at the facility had managed to survive the assault. These persons gave separate reports on events, what actually happened during the raid is unknown.

The body of Dr. Emil Mencken, a member of the Reichsokkultabteilung who joined GARD following the Fuhrers orders to disband the Reichsokkultabteilung, was found disemboweled and hung from a tree using his intestines. With evidence suggesting that he died from strangulation. Additionally, a note was found attached to his body, which has been attached to the bottom of this document.

Causation: Currently it's believed that these anomalous humanoids were organized by the Reichsokkultabteilung in a form of a coordinated raid on our facility. This is supported by the fact that all anomalous artifacts and persons being held in Laboratory #14 at the time of the raid were unable to be located following the raid.

Written Report: During the Warsaw defense we successfully deployed the isolation dome, which prevented the Soviet advance on the city. However, the Polish people had timed an uprising with the advance of the Soviet troops and managed to gain partial control of various parts of the city. Supporting the Polish troops were various anomalous entities that were part of the Reichsokkultabteilung. Confirmed anomalous entities in the uprising include MH-013, MH-025, H-033, H-002, H-006, H-003, M-002, M-009, M-015, and a previously undocumented psionic humanoid designated as PH-003.

The Reichsokkultabteilung forces managed to completely neutralize the isolation dome, but at the cost of all their MH-025, H-006, M-015, and H-033. However, this proved to be a non-issue, as the Soviets decided to not advance until the polish resistance had been completely crushed by our forces. The remaining Reichsokkultabteilung forces either retreated or were captured by our troops.

Multiple anomalous assets had to be expended during this operation. However, the cost was relatively minuscule when compared to the losses that the Reichsokkultabteilung suffered.

Written Report: On the ██th Argentinian Facility #13 was attacked under the cover of darkness by various recorded anomalous entities including multiple H-002, M-009, MH-013, and the PH-003 encountered during the Warsaw uprising.

These entities broke into the facility and initially overwhelmed the facility's security force, who immediately sounded a distress signal. However, the on-site security was able to contain the situation. All but one of the MH-013 were killed, with the last one being taken, prisoner. All H-002 and the M-009 instances were neutralized. And PH-003 was captured for additional research.

Foreword: The following is the transcription of the final words segment of the first half-annual UNAAC summit of 1994. This section of UNAAC summits is normally when groups will engage in negotiations for captured spies and other miscellaneous topics.

[Classified]: The FOA will go first.

Leo Schimpff: Thank you Chief Organizer, I would like to discuss the topic of an operative of ours that was lost in 1957 that we have recently gained intelligence on the whereabouts of.

[Classified]: Does your intelligence suggest that the operative is in the possession of a member organization attending this meeting?

Leo Schimpff: Yes it does.

[Classified]: Will please indicate which organization is currently in possession of your operative.

Leo Schimpff: The RPCA is believed to be the organization in possession of our operative.

[Classified]: RPCA, how do you respond?

GD-05: We are not currently in possession of any FOA operatives, to the best of my knowledge.

Leo Schimpff: I would like to request permission to provide clarification.

[Classified]: Permission granted.

Leo Schimpff: We believe that the anomaly contained by the RPCA designated by them as RPC-537, is one of the operatives that we lost in a 1957 raid on a German Anomalous Research Division facility in Argentina.

[Classified]: How do you respond?

GD-05: I need to request access to the RPC-537 file before I continue.

[Classified]: Granted, the Maple Society may state their last words meantime.

[Specifics Removed from RPC-537 file]

[Classified]: Now that both the JTFOc and MI13 have left the discussion table I will conclude that the issue raised by the Maple Society won't be resolved in this meeting.

[Classified]: If the FOA and RPCA would like to continue their discussion regarding the operative of the FOA being contained as an anomaly by the RPCA, then that will be allowed.

GD-05: Do you have any evidence that the RPC-537 is an FOA operative?

Leo Schimpff: Yes, as a matter of fact, the FOA came into possession of the RPC-537 file proper, in which RPC-537 is acknowledged as being made by the FOA during the first world war.

GD-05: I would like to raise the point that the FOA was officially disbanded by Chancellor Adolf Hitler long before the outbreak of the second world war. And as such all anomalous assets belonging to the FOA at that time were officially owned by Nazi Germany, on the outbreak of the second world war.

GD-05: Because of the RAVAAF agreement all anomalous assets belonging to the Nazis following the conclusion of the second world war fell into RPCA control.

Leo Schimpff: That is if you ignore the fact that there is no official paperwork made by the FOA stating that we ever dissolved. We were still active during the second world war, and it even says so in the RPC-537 file.

Both GD-05 and Leo Schimpff are seen visibly frustrated at this point

[Classified]: I am going to step in now. I know that the discussion, surrounding the point that the Maple Society bought up, got a bit animated due to my failure to recognize an escalating situation. But we must remain calm here.

[Classified]: From what I have heard, the RPCA has acknowledged the FOA's ownership of RPC-537. Considering that RPC-537 hasn't had any violent incidents, according to the file provided by the RPCA, I am saying that RPC-537 should be transferred to FOA control.

[Classified]: However, the FOA must give financial compensation to the RPCA for the extended care and transportation of RPC-537 totaling to [REDACTED] before control of RPC-537 is transferred to the FOA.
