Containment Protocols
The primary RPC-580 samples are handled by the biological research staff at Site-0081 for storage. A total of ██ clones of RPC-580-1 were produced by the Biology Department between 2011 - 2021 for testing purposes. No further cloning is permitted without the explicit approval of Site-008 Director Dr. Wilhelm Grau and Dr. Johan Mustermann.
The 12 surviving RPC-580-1 instances created by the Authority were transferred from Site-008 to Site-0262 to be adopted by the personnel stationed there. Resources may be utilized for the welfare, life support, and protection of these instances under the site’s Adolescent Care system.
Investigation of the whereabouts of PoI-4883 and the remaining RPC-580-1 instances scattered across the world is still ongoing.
Waisenhaus Nr. 9 (circa. 1945)
Description
RPC-580 is an incomplete genomic template of Homo sapiens created by the Church of Malthus in Waisenhaus Nr. 9. Genomic analysis suggests the source specimen was a male in the Haplogroup R-M269,3 though large segments of the sequence are missing. The template appears to have been purposefully made to be modular.4
The template is barely suitable for complete human development. When issued to standard cloning equipment, the resulting organism (designated RPC-580-1) exhibits severe multisystem developmental failure. Observed characteristics include: oculocutaneous albinism, ███████, incomplete organ redundancy, stunted physical and emotional development, and a compromised immune system;5 often leading to more fatal symptoms. Without life support, RPC-580-1 segments are bound to expire early.
Despite these physiological disabilities, both male and female RPC-580-1 instances demonstrate exceptional IQ scores and can quickly learn and adapt to physical and environmental challenges. Regardless of how they are raised, children 3-5 years of age will quickly acquiesce language and invariably speak in a clinical manner, and have an innate understanding of their own biology.6
It was initially assumed that RPC-580-1 instances are incapable of experiencing pain. However, microelectrode measurements confirm that nociceptive pathways, including both Aδ and C fiber activity, are intact and fully responsive to external stimuli. Instead, the CoM has selectively suppressed the instance's ability to express or emote their emotional response to pain, effectively muting their ability to register and express suffering.

Discovery
RPC-580-1 clones studying in Waisenhaus Nr. 9 (circa. 1960)
RPC-580 was acquired from a villa in ██████, Austria called Waisenhaus Nr. 9. It was an orphanage funded by GARD7 in 1940 to create the next generation of Übermensch through eugenics, psychological, and physical conditioning. The program officially dissolved alongside the Nazi Party in 1945, with the villa and the facilities inside later being bought by Prof. Albrecht Thiel, the founder of a sect of the CoM called ‘the Lost Children of Malthus.’ Records on the events between abandonment by GARD and acquisition by the Authority are fragmented.
It was not until July 2010 that Authority Central Intelligence became aware of Waisenhaus Nr. 9 through a Malthusian whistleblower, prompting a subsequent raid on the villa. Upon entry, the facility was found completely abandoned. Personnel were absent, and a significant portion of documentation had been removed in the days leading up to the operation. The only entity recovered on-site was a single RPC-580-1 instance, believed to have been unintentionally abandoned.
A significant amount of charred biomatter has been discovered buried around the perimeter of the villa, with each sample containing partial genetic sequences of RPC-580. However, these sequences are heavily degraded and cluttered by foreign, inhuman genetic material.
Addendum 580.1: Psychological assessment
RPC-580-1 instances are born with behavior coded in by the Church of Malthus. They have a preference for numerical designations (e.g., Registered Phenomena Codes) over assigned personal names, and exhibit heightened suggestibility, often accepting instructions or information without critical thought.
Segments compensate their inability to express pain through self-diagnosis with notable accuracy. This nature may be cause for long-term trauma within the instances if left untreated.

Overview:
Prof. Albrecht Thiel (circa. 1972)
PoI-4883, “Prof. Albrecht Thiel,” is a high-ranking member of the Church of Malthus and the founder of the sect known as the Lost Children of Malthus, a sect originating from Darwin’s Hand9 that rose to prominence following the initiation of the Waisenhaus Nr. 9 project in 1945. He served as the sole director of the project until his disappearance shortly before the Authority raid in 2010.
The full extent of PoI-4883’s activities remains unknown; however, it is highly likely that he personally oversaw the mass cloning, experimentation, and disposal of the ████ known RPC-580-1 instances housed within Waisenhaus Nr. 9. RPC-580-1 are therefore designated as 'disposable humanoid clone', and are used as the primary subject of human experiment within the various sects of Malthus.
Like other senior figures within the Church of Malthus, PoI-4883 is believed to have undergone extensive bodily modification to extend his own lifespan. The individual has also been observed with the ability to quickly adjust to his height and muscle mass, making him a dangerous unarmed combatant.
The exact history of PoI-4883 before 1945 is unknown, as no record of an ‘Albrecht Marcus Thiel’ exists in any official documents.
I met this man a long time ago. Back when I was little. He doesn’t look as monstrous as the file would lead you to believe, but in a way, he was far more inhuman than he appears. The Church of Malthus has taken everything away from me. I have gaps in my memory from when I used to be a part of them, far too young to think for myself. Addendum 580.3
In 2024, after an extended investigation tracking potential RPC-580-1 instances operating in the open, MST Sierra-8 (“Sundowners”)11 located PoI-4883 in the company of Dr. Mustermann.
Surveillance of his movements over the following years culminated in his capture on 03/20/2026 in the city of Prague, Czech Republic. PoI-4883 offered no resistance and requested that Dr. Mustermann conduct a personal interview with him.
