Containment Protocols:
RPC-605-A and RPC-605-C are to be kept in two separate, magnetically suspended isolation cubes within the sublevels of Site-305 and Black Mt. Base, respectively. Every week, their containment cells must be inspected for damage or modifications. Repairs will be made if funding permits it. Three plastic tubes run into RPC-605's chambers, two for food and water, and a third for bodily waste. If any of the lines are impaired, both RPC-605 instances are to be transferred to separate temporary containment chambers during the repair process. Under no circumstances is either RPC-605 permitted to exit their chamber or backup chamber. If either RPC-605 escapes from a facility, their psyche profiles indicate they'll try to find their counterpart. This could pose a danger to public security; thus, UNAAC forces are permitted to terminate the threat.
Description:
Both RPC-605s are humanoid anomalies previously known to the public as Addams Amador and Chivy Chan. Vilomah scientists recruited the two separately to be test subjects. The souls of Mr. Amador and Ms. Chan appear to exist in a state of quantum entanglement. RPC-605-A and RPC-605-C will manifest a spirit, similar in appearance to itself, somewhere in the vicinity of their counterpart. In addition to their primary spirit, other auxiliary phantoms will begin to take shape. Unlike the primary spirit, these souls only vaguely resemble their respective hosts, wearing clothing and holding items similar to those found in alternate timelines. Additionally, these spirits are only visible through infrared cameras. Once RPC-605-A or RPC-605-C leaves a space, these spirits will either follow their host or disappear.
These otherworldly souls do not acknowledge the presence of people or other similar spirits. They do, however, occasionally interact with physical objects within their environment, transforming them into similar, though alien, duplicates. The severity of the alteration, the frequency between occurrences, and the region impacted can differ due to multiple known factors. The longer an RPC-605 is present in a space, the more likely it is to alter the environment. Unlike these additional phantoms, the primary spirits exchange objects within RPC-605-A and RPC-605-C's surroundings. The further apart RPC-605-A and RPC-605-C are from one another, the more extreme these entangled swap events become.

Full Name: Addams Amador
Aliases: RPC-605-Adamah
Sex: Male
Ethnicity: Hispanic, Mexican
Height: 182cm
Weight: 88kg
Birthplace: Texas, U.S.A.
Date of Birth: July 8th, 1974
PERSONAL HISTORY
Early Life (1974-1992): Addams Amador was born to a family of eight in a Texas trailer park. Statements regarding his personal history suggest that his mother immigrated to the United States from an unreported South American nation.
Hollywood Career (1992-2001): Throughout most of Mr. Amador's adult life, he worked as a stunt double on various Hollywood films and television projects. While he would not garner much attention from these undertakings, he became notorious for his daredevil performances. Notably, he'd perform stunts as entertainment for some charity fundraisers, which garnered him connections throughout Hollywood, including multiple Vilomah fronts.
Terminal Diagnosis & Testing (2002 - 2005): On February 18, 2002, Mr. Amador was involved in a pyrotechnic incident during a scene shoot. After losing one of his arms and being burned on one half of his face, Mr. Amador retired and retreated to his small home in the suburbs of LA. During this point in his life, Vilomah agents operating within the Los Angeles Underground would reach out and promise to help him. Mr. Amador would agree, and he'd be shipped out to the Black Mt. Base in Maine.
Discovery Log:
RPC-605-A and RPC-605-C were kept secret until the UNAAC authorized an audit into Black Mt. budget allocation. The investigation revealed that Vilomah scientists had violated their research agreement. Approximately $1 billion USD was spent on the device, which linked the RPC-605 instances, ultimately leading to the machine's destruction. Furthermore, RPC-605-A and RPC-605-C were still suffering from health complications.
It was decided by UNAAC higher-ups that more oversight was required. RPC-605-A would be transferred into Authority custody and housed at Site-305, Florida. RPC-605-C would remain at Black Mt. only if Vilomah researchers adhered to stringent UNAAC guidelines. Vilomah researchers protested this arrangement. The head researchers asserted that RPC-605-A and RPC-605-C had formed a strong codependent relationship over the course of their treatment procedure. Thus, separating them would cause unnecessary unrest in both and worsen their medical condition. This incident forced the UNAAC to call upon Mobile Strike Team Echo-11 to enforce order. To avoid escalating the issue, Vilomah relented, and RPC-605-A would be shipped off to Site-305 as planned.
Incident Log:
The following is a series of incidents caused by RPC-605's anomalous universe-altering capabilities. The changes are listed in descending order according to the date they occurred.
Incident No.1
Place: Black Mt. Base, Maine
Date: May 20, 2007
Cost: $1,250,000
Losses: Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR)
One month after Mr. Amador was removed from Black Mt. Research Base, the anomalous properties of RPC-605-C began to manifest across the entire site. Environmental modifications started minor, but inevitably became catastrophic, setting back multiple research projects by decades. Once it was determined that RPC-605-C was causing the site-wide chaos, she was placed into a room suspended magnetically above an electrified platform. To accommodate the updated power requirement, RPC construction workers were brought in to renovate Black Mountain's Pressurized Water Nuclear Reactor (PWR). During the undertaking, one of RPC-605-C's spirits transformed the reactor and the surrounding sublevels of Black Mountain.
Without warning, bullet holes, scorch marks, and shrapnel shards manifested on the PWR. The adjacent halls had been flooded by toxic wastewater, forcing an immediate evacuation. During the confusion, RPC-605-C escaped from their cell. A Vilomah Researcher briefly spotted the escapee entering and leaving an office that contained a shipping manifest covering RPC-605-A's transfer to Site-305. Despite witnessing the incident, the Researcher did not file a report until after the toxic cleanup, giving RPC-605-C enough time to escape from Black Mt. Base.
Addendum:
On June 7, 2017, UNAAC staff inspected RPC-605-A's temporary holding cell. An inspection team was intended to check on RPC-605 daily, but resources and manpower were reallocated to dismantle the displaced spacecraft. Unfortunately, during that time, the cell of RPC-605-A was altered. Their feeding tubes were replaced with medical IV tubes connected to RPC-605-C. The damage was minor, but the interference with the feeding apparatus was fatal. While RPC-605-C would have her IV tubes replaced, RPC-605-A unfortunately died of dehydration at some point while in his cell.
RPC-605-C would also perish some time shortly after losing her IV tubes. While the lack of fluids did not kill her, it only worsened her condition. In the last day, the Colorectal Cancer had reached its late stage, and there was little RPC, Vilomah, or UNAAC staff could do to save her.
