Right, so since there are so many of these, I've decided to make everyone's job a little bit easier and compile most of the notable 'incidents' related to RPC-698 here.
You won't be finding ones where the perpetrator isn't actually under the influence of RPC-698 or is trying to go viral on social media. Those are stored somewhere else.
Incident #: 698-07
Date: July 7th, 1975
Perpetrator(s): Roy Mitchell, Andrés Torres, Marcus Brooks
Description: On July 7th, 1975, 3 individuals pretending to be United States Air Force members claimed that they were instructed to transfer several captive alien specimens to Nellis Air Force Base for dissection and study.
One of the perpetrators, Marcus Brooks, drew a loaded firearm on the officer after being declined for a third time and demanded that he "Handed over the aliens." Mr. Brooks was immediately shot in the head. The 2 other perpetrators were apprehended not long after and were transferred to the Nevada State Prison.
When Mr. Torres was interrogated, he claimed that a UFO had told him and his friends that the United States Government was secretly torturing extraterrestrial lifeforms, subjecting them to cruel experimentation. He claimed that Area 51 was simply a front cover to hide their actions from the public.
Mr. Mitchell claimed that the public deserved to know what was happening and that this violated his First Amendment rights. He claimed a secret government organization was silencing him because he knew too much.
After the U.S. government officially recognized the existence of Area 51 in 2013, the Authority was pressured to release an official statement about the incident under the guise of the United States Air Force.
Notes: Looks like someone is going to be having a closed casket funeral. You hate to see it, but anything must be done to maintain the veil of secrecy.

Notes: Who the hell did this? Why is this one archived when the entire thing is just redacted? Moreover, this is not my first time seeing something like this.
I will be having a talk with the OIRS about this, I've had enough of these damn redactions. I understand that the Authority needs to hide certain things from certain people, but this is just ridiculous. At least tell us why it's redacted.

Incident #: 698-31
Date: August 29th, 2015
Perpetrator(s): Anna Jorgensen, Emil Jorgensen
Description: At around 9:50 AM, Mr. and Mrs. Jorgensen managed to sneak past the front entrance gate while the on-duty security officer abandoned his post without notifying anyone that he was going to the washroom, effectively leaving Site-002 unguarded.
When questioned by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department, they claimed that they had wanted to "See the aliens" before going back to Denmark. They also claimed to have had a close encounter with a UFO matching the description of RPC-698.
Both were initially sentenced to 10 months in jail, but had opted to pay a $2,500 fine instead, and only ended up serving a sentence of 3 days.
Notes: Why didn't you tell anyone that you had to go to the washroom? You're lucky that there were other people nearby, or this could've been way worse than it actually was.
I've decided against disciplinary action this time. Consider this a warning.
- Colonel Jack Alexander Barret, 2015
Incident #: 698-36
Date: August 10th, 2019
Perpetrator(s): Johnathan D'Souza
Description: At around 3:40 PM, Johnathan D'Souza proceeded to ram his Ram 1500 through Site-002's main entrance gate, killing one member of on-site security on impact as well as injuring two others with an AR-15-style rifle. On-site security personnel immediately began to return fire.
Approximately 1 minute later, Mr. D'Souza exited his car and was immediately shot on sight. He was pronounced dead on the scene. No official cover story for his death has been made to the public so far, and he has been added to the missing person's registry as a result for the time being until one can be made.
Further investigation into Mr. D'Souza led to the discovery that he was good friends with an infamous person of interest and notorious conspiracy theorist, Gaige Rivers, and had known him since secondary school.
Notes: So let me get this straight, we're not going to try and make a fake cover story? We're just going to say that he magically disappeared? Aren't his friends and family going to be at least a little bit suspicious? What are we going to do when someone tries to look for him? Why am I asking all of these damn questions?
I don't know what to do anymore. Days like this make me feel like maintaining the veil is pointless.
