RPC-787 is to be held in a standard server room kept at a constant 20 °C to 22 °C. RPC-787 is not to be attached to any other server connected to standard Arc Operating Systems. All altered files are to be immediately backed up into an external hard-drive and documented for further research. On-site technical support personnel are to remain on-call in the event additional unknown effects arise or in the event of internal system damage.
Following the conclusion of RPC-787's effect on the file, all individuals who viewed said affected files are to be administered Class A amnestics.
Description: RPC-787 is the designation given to an anomalous version of a prototype Authority ArcOS Admin Command System built in November of 2002. The Authority ArcOS Admin Command System was constructed as a means of allowing easier accessing and altering of Authority files by Level-5 personnel and immediate containment protocol installment in the event of a containment breach. Easier access to Authority files was accomplished by installing the command system on all operating devices used by Level 5 personnel currently running on ArcOS, and through the implantation of an ontological chip in the thalamus of all registered personnel. In the event of a containment breach or necessary update, all registered personnel would receive notice and be allowed to enact emergency commands based on the general consensus of the Global Director Council. The chip would serve as an immediate quorum in which all registered members would "tune in" to a board meeting and decide the appropriate course of action.
The anomalous properties of RPC-787 stem from its ability to alter files and enact changes with no human input in manners both beneficial and detrimental (See Document.01 for further information.). RPC-787 is able to alter the containment protocols, hazard types, and descriptions of any files available on the Arc operating system. Once altered by RPC-787, all new inputs would manifest and remain in the new form for the duration of RPC-787's effect. All recorded alterations have currently spanned anywhere from 12 seconds to 5 days. RPC-787 was able to alter cognitohazardous effects, physical, chemical and biological properties, and reality baselines depending on the file altered. How RPC-787 was able to alter the files with no contact to mainlist severs is currently unknown; however, it is hypothesized that RPC-787 was able to access servers by emitting radiowaves within an anomalous frequency range of ███ to ███ GHz.
On 12/02/2004, a vote to decommission the Authority ArcOS Admin Command System was passed and the prototype Arc operating system was shutdown for potential improved methods in file management. Upon the decommissioning of the ArcOS Admin Command System, RPC-787 ceased to function in which a general consensus to reclassify as Neutralized was passed. All affected anomalies have since returned to their original state and no further changes have been observed.
The motives of RPC-787's effect on the Authority files are currently unknown. Due to the randomness and both beneficial and detrimental properties of RPC-787 on Authority efforts, its motives or possible sapience cannot be determined. It is currently not known whether RPC-787 seeks to gain control of Authority files; however, it is hypothesized RPC-787's effect is completely random and displays no patterns of alteration or exterior motives.
Although RPC-787 was able to enact random quorum notifications, there were no recorded events in which registered users were called upon.

Anomaly Description: RPC-386 is the designation given to the anomalous folding of the TTN Titin prion found in the sarcomere. RPC-386 causes muscle tissue to grow uncontrollably leading to various strength and energy-exertion effects. The muscle tissue is reinforced and improved by up to 200% normal strength with seemingly impossible cell division.
RPC-787 Effect: RPC-787 alters the description of RPC-386's file, changing its effect from reinforcing the muscle tissue to weakening it to the point where movement is impossible. This effect occurred during a containment breach by individuals affected by RPC-386, allowing all affected individuals to be acquired by Authority personnel.
Notes: Following the conclusion of RPC-787's effect on RPC-386, a vote to keep the ArcOS Admin Command System running was called under the impression RPC-787 was beneficial to Authority interests.

Anomaly Affected: RPC-616
Anomaly Description: Normally, RPC-616 is the classification given to an anomalous lava-filled crater currently located in the northern Siberian section of ████████, Russia. Unidentified individuals can be seen coming from the inside of RPC-616 along with sounds of screaming and agony. RPC-616 also presents a cognitohazardous effect to humans.
RPC-787 Effect: RPC-787 altered the description of RPC-616's file in which the unidentified creatures coming from RPC-616 became Authority personnel, specifically Global Directors 1, 3, 4 and 5. Although the mannerisms and behavior of the creatures were identical to pre-RPC-787 influence, the change allowed for a massive security breach in which the identities of the Global Director Council could have been released to the public.
Following the conclusion of RPC-787's effect, Class A amnestics were administered to all drone pilots and personnel who viewed RPC-616 during the elapsed time.

RPC-787 Effect: RPC-787 added an additional ██ RPC-001 files designating unknown Beta-Black/Gamma-Black anomalies of varying containment difficulty. Three of the five additional anomalies have been discovered and properly contained by Authority personnel following this change. Their addition to the main RPC-001 is to be withheld until further research into the captured anomalies is conducted.
The remaining two anomalies's whereabouts are currently unknown; however, their anomalous properties and manifestations prove impossible to contain. It is unknown whether RPC-787 created these anomalies or if it simply detected them before possible activation. Observation teams have been employed to monitor possible anomalous locations for signs of the remaining two anomalies.
Notes: Following the conclusion of RPC-787's effect on RPC-001, an emergency vote was called to decide whether RPC-787 would be used as a possible aid to Authority efforts in containing Beta and Gamma anomalies. Although RPC-787 allowed for the Authority to capture three high priority anomalies, it is currently unknown whether they were created by RPC-787, or if they were detected. Further research into this manner is prohibited for fears of creating more anomalies or somehow angering RPC-787.

Anomaly Affected: RPC-963
Anomaly Description: Normally, RPC-963 is an info-hazardous entity on the topic of RPC-616 and any related information. Additionally, a secondary effect arises upon the processing of information containing RPC-963. One individual out of all the individuals who viewed RPC-963 is chosen presumably by RPC-963-1 as "the chosen one". Upon designation as "the chosen one", said individual is met by RPC-963-1. Before every mass extinction, RPC-963-1 appeared to a single organism in the form of the major species of the time.
RPC-787 Effect: RPC-787 altered the description of RPC-963's file. Instead of RPC-963 appearing to an individual as the major species during the time, it appeared to the entire Global Director council as an unidentifiable mist capable of conversation.
Each Global Director reported that RPC-963-1 appeared to them at the same time and began describing an upcoming apocalyptic event led by a giant being. It began to describe how to prevent the upcoming mass extinction event through cryptic means and the appearance of said giant being. RPC-963-1 was interrupted and vanished following the elapsed time of RPC-787's effect on its file before it was able to fully describe how to properly neutralize the upcoming apocalyptic event.
Notes: Following the conclusion of RPC-787's effect on RPC-963's file, an emergency vote was called on the basis of updating the containment protocols of RPC-616 and adding possible preventative methods to neutralize the described apocalyptic event. Research into said event has been initiated.

Anomaly Description: Normally, RPC-666 is an anomalous Mi-24 (NATO "Hind-A") helicopter gunship with dried blood seen encrusting most of its fuselage and the bodies hung by electrical wire from its landing gear and weapons hardpoints. These bodies vary in number during manifestations and have been observed to be previous victims of RPC-666. RPC-666 also instigates anomalous events during its manifestations in which normal temperature and weather conditions are affected.
RPC-787 Effect: RPC-787 alters the description of RPC-666, changing the manifestation form from a Mi-24 helicopter gunship to an anomalous version of a BM-13 "Katyusha" multiple rocket launcher developed in the Soviet Union during World War II. Instead of manifesting in the usual point of origin on the African continent, the altered RPC-666 appears anywhere on the territory the Soviet Union held. Here, the anomalous BM-13 targets rural towns and cities, unleashing a barrage of missile strikes unto the targeted area.
Upon the completion of the attack, RPC-666 demanifests and reappears along the outskirts of a different rural area. The altered RPC-666 targeted primarily civilian areas with little to no governmental assistance. If RPC-666's attack reaches ██ casualites, a red rain will begin to fall, similar in color to blood. Any individual who comes into contact with the rain will begin to follow RPC-666, no matter the distance it travels. It is currently unknown whether the secondary effects of the rain are still ongoing following the conclusion of RPC-787's effect.
Notes: Following the conclusion of RPC-787's effect on RPC-666's file, an emergency vote on developing technology similar to that of the anomalous BM-13 artillery was called under the basis of defense and situational peace keeping.

Anomaly Description: RPC-███ is theorized to be a "metaphysical embodiment of primordial soup," and not a physical entity. Through various depictions in history dating back to ████ B.C.E, RPC███ has been theorized to be the influence for various deities spanning across various mythologies such as Egyptian, Judeo-Christian, and Nihil. After further research, RPC███ is revealed to be currently incomprehensible to the human mind. It is beyond our current scientific model and current way of thinking.
RPC-787 Effect: RPC-787 changed the description of RPC—███ from an incomprehensible entity to [DATA REDACTED]. This resulted in [DATA REDACTED] casualties and the complete removal of all standard physical laws in a 300 mi2 radius for the elapsed time. Although the macroscopic physical laws of the affected area were removed, physical laws on the atomic level were kept intact. A single line of code was left in a .txt file in the affected ArcOS server following the conclusion of RPC-787's effect stating:
Do not attempt to change me again. Next time, 12 seconds will turn to eternity.
Notes: Following the conclusion of RPC-787's effect on RPC███'s file, an emergency vote on decommissioning the ArcOS Admin Command System and subsequently RPC-787 was called. Since GD-1, GD-4 and GD-5 were terminated during RPC-787's effect on RPC███, Head Researchers Seidman, Deriks, and Johnson were used as voting proxy's.

Addendum 787.2: Level-5 Clearance Only
The following is a .exe file found within the main hardrive which RPC-787 affected. It was found following the change of RPC-787's object class from Beta-Purple to Neutralized. It is currently unknown if this was a byproduct of the influx of files from the main list or the product of RPC-787's sapience.
