RPC-803 in its containment room
Containment Protocols: RPC-803 is to be kept inside a standard containment chamber with both hind legs tied up to the ceiling by an alloy steel chain, making RPC-803 hang 1 meter above the ground. The chamber's ceiling must be equipped with four heavy steel slabs that can be dropped toward RPC-803 position to incapacitate RPC-803.
No personnel are allowed inside or near RPC-803's containment chamber without permission of personnel with Level 4 clearance or higher. Tests with RPC-803 must be approved by the Site Director and guarded by no less than 5 security personnel; all tests must be performed fully by automated devices unless requested otherwise.
All tests must be performed inside a modified chamber with an automatic reinforced steel door; RPC-803 is to be restrained unless tests require otherwise. Following containment protocols, heavy steel slabs are to be arranged inside the test chamber the same way as inside the containment chamber. Said steel slabs are to be dropped onto RPC-803 should it break its restraints or once the test is over. Once incapacitated, RPC-803's legs must be tied together with an alloy steel chain. RPC-803 is to then be quickly brought back inside its containment chamber before it manages to free itself from its restraints.
In the event of a containment breach, the main method of re-containment RPC-803 is by luring RPC-803 back to any area that has the positioned steel slabs specifically installed for RPC-803 containment protocol1 with CSD Personnel specialized personnel (See Incident-803-3). After RPC-803 has been lured into its containment chamber, the aforementioned steel slabs are to be dropped down to RPC-803's position, incapacitating it in the process.
Once RPC-803 is safe enough to approach, personnel re-implement containment protocols and chain its legs. Specifically, RPC-803’s hind legs are to be tied up with alloy steel chain connected to pulley devices in its containment room. The chains are to eventually pull up RPC-803’s hind legs.
Should this method be unavailable, incapacitating RPC-803 is a top priority for all personnel. Incapacitating methods include pinning down RPC-803 with a large and heavy object, hanging its body away from the ground, or to tie its legs together. Personnel must keep a distance of 10 meters away from RPC-803 to keep it in its docile state.
Description: RPC-803 is an entity similar in appearance to a Canis Lupus2, with an abnormal size compared to other normal wolves, measuring approximately 2.8 m in length and around 120 cm in height. A large stitch can be seen on its underbelly. RPC-803's fur is pitch black in coloration. Both RPC-803’s eyes are missing. RPC-803 lacks a heart, and several organs are badly damaged despite functioning normally. Despite the lack of a heart and the trauma dealt with its organs, RPC-803 does not seem to be affected. RPC-803 requires no basic needs.
RPC-803 is mostly docile when left unrestrained, wandering the area and lying down. However, when a human is 10 meters from RPC-803’s location, it will attempt to approach and attack the individual. RPC-803 will attempt to break through and/or get past any obstacles that may block RPC-803's path to the victim. After attacking the victim, RPC-803 will slice open their chest with its claws and reach inside. RPC-803 will rip out the person's heart and will proceed to seemingly examine it for approximately 5 minutes. After that, it will leave the heart and go back to its docile state. When there are multiple people in RPC-803's range of effect, it will only attack the closest individual to itself, then attacking the second closest individual after finished examine the previous target's heart and so on. If the targeted person manages to be outside of RPC-803's range of effect, RPC-803 will no longer chase that person. The closer RPC-803 is to its target, the more aggressive and faster it will become. RPC-803 does not react to individuals in its presence that are deceased, and will only attack living people. How RPC-803 manages to locate and differentiate between living humans, corpses, and animals is still unknown.
RPC-803 has displayed abnormal strength and capacity to destroy multiple obstacles including a reinforced steel door to reach its target. RPC-803's skin is heavily resistant to slashing, burning, corrosion, electrocution, and other forms of physical trauma and RPC-803's bones have an unmeasurably high resistance toward any damage. RPC-803 skin can only be damaged by armor-piercing ammunition and it is capable of stunning it for a few seconds, and furthermore, an area near the stitches on RPC-803’s underbelly is vulnerable toward any damage and will also capable in stunning it.
Discovery: RPC-803 was discovered on ██/██/20██ in █████ Dakota, USA in the ████████ river. 2 civilians that were presumed to be fishing in the area went missing along with their boat. Two days later, their bodies were found floating on the river bank with their chests open and their hearts missing. The Authority decided to investigate the incident on ██/██/20██ at 20:14 local time.
Incident-803-4 Log: On ██/██/20██, RPC-803 breached containment during its transfer from the testing chamber to its containment chamber by breaking its restraint. One ASF personnel who accompanied the transfer was assaulted by RPC-803. Standard containment protocol was applied and a CSD was brought to lure it back to its containment chamber.
Assigned CSD failed to comply and instead attempted to bring RPC-803 into a group of personnel located outside from RPC-803's attack range. Said CSD managed to be terminated immediately before reaching the group of personnel, but RPC-803 managed to detect one more personnel and attempted to approach it.
Upon realization that he was targeted by RPC-803, he proceeds to voluntary replace the CSD task and lure RPC-803 to its containment chamber.
Note from Head Researcher Dr. Van Gordon:
“I must say that today's breach is the most devastating breach it has done so far. Not only that we've lost two personnel, but it also makes me worried about something.
The use of CSD on this containment protocol has been proven to be very unsafe for the facility and its personnel. I’ll propose to use personnel that specially tasked to lure RPC-803. I’ll discuss the qualification with the others later. If there are some volunteers, that's good. If there are none, well, I don't want to think about it for now.
This is the best that we can do for now. We'll run more tests to see if we could find an alternative option for this.”
Test-803-14 Log: This test was conducted to see RPC-803 reaction toward Canis Lupus. This test brought an unexpected result that drastically changed RPC-803 behavior.
