Containment protocols: RPC-864 is to be contained in a soundproof humanoid containment cell. The cell is required to be equipped with 24/7 CCTV without any audio recording and monitored by at least one ASF officer. If questioning is to occur, the Interviewer will wear headphones to converse with RPC-864 and must be monitored by 2 ASF personnel during and after the interview.
In the event of containment breach, soundproof headphones are to be worn by members of staff situated on the same floor as RPC-864. Under no circumstances should personnel attempt to reestablish containment of RPC-864 without 3 other personnel present equipped with full body stab-proof suits. Fast acting sedatives administered via dart gun are to be used to subdue RPC-864, proven effective in Incident-864-4. Personnel are required to cover 864's right hand with a pouch made from Cordura before re-containment to reduce the risk of accidental 864-1 conversion.

Description: RPC-864 is a female humanoid of Slavic/Asian descent, appearing and claiming to be 30 years old. Height and vitals appear on average for 864's claimed age. The only visual physical abnormality present being the addition of thin metal bladed fingers and serrated metal teeth on the palm of the right hand. RPC-864 has shown proficiency over the everyday use of this prosthetic, never causing accidental or intentional harm to itself. Any persons that are wounded by RPC-864 with its prosthetic are to be designated RPC-864-1 instances.
RPC-864’s main property is related to the universal subtle memetic effect of its voice on all sapient listeners. 864 uses this property on all within earshot to become more susceptible and agreeable to requests made by itself. Oftentimes, RPC-864 uses this to tempt its targets into sexual intercourse or other acts of intimacy.. Any persons that agree to the prior acts suggested are to be considered RPC-864-1 instances. RPC-864’s second property is the ability to biologically change pain receptors to pleasure receptors and manipulate dopamine production in the bodies of newly converted 864-1 instances. Dopamine released through RPC-864’s manipulation appears to be stronger and longer lasting than regular dopamine. Upon further examination on extracted dopamine, no significant changes were found. Research into this is ongoing.
RPC-864's tertiary property appears to be the functionality of "absorbing" the pain/pleasure inflicted onto a target and processing that into some form of regenerative nutrients. This absorption and conversion to nutrients is invisible to the naked eye, but correlates to skin contact. It is still not understood how RPC-864 is able to "feed" off of just 864-1 instances' screams or other vocal outcry. RPC-864 has not been able to gain sustenance from any other source than 864-1 instances.
RPC-864-1 instances are deliberately chosen targets that, subsequent to conversion, continually endure and enjoy being abused exclusively by RPC-864. RPC-864-1 instances endure and enjoy being abused exclusively by RPC-864. The consensus regarding RPC-864-1's sadomasochism is tied to an induced dopamine addiction, veritably contributed by the aforementioned dopaminergic receptor changes and some theorised activation from RPC-864's pheromones. RPC-864 seems invested in not allowing 864-1 instances to be injured by any other sources other than itself and appears to ensure thorough "harvesting" of each instance before termination.

It is currently unknown if 864-1 instances can be reversed, with testing either having 864-1 Instances expire during withdrawal or continue producing abnormal dopamine while medically comatose.
Discovery: RPC-864 was Initially discovered after the suicide of 5 men from different countries in the Oceanic region, who had identical suicide letters expressing their undying devotion to an adult actress. Search history between the 5 found a correlation with an independent pornography site under a known Kabushiki Kawaii front. Inspection of the content revealed high production snuff and gore pornography, with an advert at the end encouraging viewers to follow RPC-864 on social media sites such as [DATA EXPUNGED].
Embedded agents in the Tokyo police department enacted a "honeypot" operation and were successful with organising a "meetup". The agent who organised this would suddenly attempt to flee with RPC-864, however both were apprehended mid-escape and taken to Site-73. RPC-864 would be kept under close surveillance while identifying any noticeable anomalous properties. Upon inspection of RPC-864’s listed residence, 5 mutilated corpses were discovered alongside an RPC-864-1 instance showing severe injuries chained to a bed. The 864-1 instance died on route to hospital. All bodies were cleared of anomalous properties and returned to their respective families.
Addendum: With recent reviews of RPC-864 and investigation into its history, it is surmised that RPC-864 has the ability to psychologically profile and anomalously detect thoughts when talking with a live person. See Interview 864-1 as an example.
Foreword: This was the initial interview with the subject after apprehension, prior to RPC designation. Foreword: RPC-864 was kept in isolation for 4 days after the previous interview. The Interviewer was advised to be casual in conversation in an effort to lean more about its abilities and history. RPC-864 began the interview with its previous flirtatious composure. Addendum: Interviewer data: Shinjito had 3 relationships, all expressed as "unfulfilling" to family members. At least 1 relationship was online, another partner was an escort and the last one was the Interviewer's childhood friend.

[RPC-864 tightens its grip on the Interviewer, locking its legs around his body]

[RPC-864 assaulted Interviewer Shinjito as he left. The two ASF agents were able to pry them apart, but only after RPC-864 mutilated Interviewer Shinjito's head and neck with her bladed hand. After stabilisation in the onsite infirmary, Interviewer Shinjito began showing signs indicating an (as of then uncategorised) 864-1 transformation. RPC-864 ignored any and all personnel that attempted to communicate with them during this time.]
Addendum: Exploratory surgery on Interviewer Shinjito led to the preliminary biological discoveries of 864-1 instances.
Classification to RPC-864-1 was granted by Head Researcher Aki, and was returned to RPC-864 to observe "feeding". RPC-864 later attempted negotiations, an exchange of CSD for information on Kabushiki Kawaii fronts and storage locations. Site Manager ████ overwrote Head Researcher Aki's refusal and overtook negotiations personally.
Psychological Notes on RPC-864:
RPC-864's psyche has been diagnosed as sociopathic and narcissistic, with 864 bragging about its previous filmed works, acting aggressively to others who "insult" its work and claiming to be a "Superior being". When asked for clarification, the subject takes offence and either appears visibly offended, focused or visibly manic. This is usually paired with The Subject refusing to talk, attempt to emotionally abuse those skeptical or escalating the claims to godhood. Regardless of RPC-864's main property, it prefers to engage in flirtation and manipulative coercion during regular conversation and "hunting".
RPC-864's attitude towards 864-1 instances are seen as abusive and controlling to outsiders, with a cyclical routine being mapped out by Researchers as follows:
RPC-864 acts intimate and possessive over 864-1 instances, using techniques such as Love bombing and possessive language when referring to 864-1 instances.
Eventually, RPC-864 perceives an 864-1 instance doing or saying something it finds reprehensible and begins to mentally and physically torture 864-1 instances. Observers described expressions of helplessness in 864-1 instances and manic catharsis from 864. Eventually, RPC-864 "forgives" the 864-1 instance and returns to intimate/controlling behaviour.
Through subsequent trades with RPC-864, information was finally obtained on several Kabushiki Kawaii affiliated corporations. MST Hotel-11 was assigned to "Operation Ōshin" and began planning raids alongside embedded agents in law enforcement. Within 2 weeks, 3 warehouses were confirmed fronts for Kabushiki Kawaii and 1 was raided. The raid resulted in the termination of several "Cute Corp" workers, arrest of 3 "salesmen" and the rescue of ██ missing persons.
Over the next 3 weeks, fewer and fewer persons were discovered at the locations and Hotel-11 acquired extensive documentation and paraphernalia associated with RPC-864. By █/█/2026, Hotel-11 sent all confiscated material to Head Researcher Aki for filing. Prominent items are listed below, for a more extended list, please see File-864-0300.
- Prototype blueprint for prosthetic arm, trademarked by Togen Biotech. Bears a similarity to RPC-864's own prosthetic.
- Newspaper clipping reporting on a house fire in the ██████ Prefecture of Okinawa, Dating █/█/2004. One ███ Midoriya was discovered dead on arrival with 3rd and 4th degree whole body burns. Forensics identified flammable accelerants throughout the site and covering the body, later ruled as insurance fraud gone wrong. His partner, █ ████, was declared missing 2 days later. RPC-864 appears identical to police sketches of the missing partner.
- Invite to a "Cute Corp All-You-Can-Eat Extravaganza". Text excerpts include "unfathomable pleasures!", "taboo flavours!", "Presenting Mistress Shio (and The Heiress)" "Shareholders ONLY". Invitation dated for August of 2020.
- A server hosting Email accounts, most linked to (now deceased) shareholders, and a undiscovered email address belonging to 864. Many of the emails to this address consist of pledges of loyalty/obedience from the various shareholders. Talks of dissent and conspiracy against "The Board" and "The Heiress" are sparsely mentioned, linking to calendar dates and locations. ACI investigation is ongoing.
- A damaged toy bear. It was noted by MST members as being set on a pedestal in a vault, appearing significant enough to acquire. Researchers immediately noticed a resemblance between the bear and a description of RPC-864's favourite childhood toy. The damage to the toy appears in the torso, head and a limb. The crotch of the bear appears bloodied and has been burnt away, alongside the tip of the right arm. The head of the toy has been partially torn off and filled with needles.
- Physical DvDs of adult films starring RPC-864, published between 2004-2020. The films parody various different genres and historical time periods, also includes bonus features such as Director's Commentary featuring RPC-864, behind the scenes footage, farewell videos for the "actor's" families, cut scenes and finally, a Sing-a-long music special for kids (featuring RPC-864). Researchers tasked with viewing all footage noted that in every film there would be a single instance of RPC-864 turning to the camera and asking the viewers to say "yes" aloud. Said researchers were also authorised Class-C Amnestics after completion of this task.

[RPC-864 begins screaming incoherently and uses its bladed fingers to tear at the restraints]
Head researcher: …Interview over.
Afterword: RPC-864 was in a heightened emotional state and refused to comply with any orders issued by personnel. RPC-864 was not returned to his humanoid containment cell until aerosol sedatives were administered into the interview room, rendering RPC-864 unconscious. RPC-864 would for the next 5 days kill over 8 864-1 instances, leading to Head Researcher Aki ordering a temporary ban on RPC-864 "feedings" and psychological evaluation on the researcher who oversaw these "feedings". The researcher was later diagnosed as an 864-1 instance; it is unknown when RPC-864 converted the researcher.

Foreword: Head researcher Aki was calling for the termination of RPC-864 after Interview-864-7, citing alongside high CSD wastage and the potential for a severe data leak, there was a high possibility that RPC-864 may be able to convert targets into RPC-864-1 instances merely by agreeing to ANY question posed by 864. The Site manager was earlier removed from his post due to confirmed 864-1 conversion, which Head Researcher Aki used to further push this proposal to the Global Director. I reject the notion of terminating RPC-864, for she has grown up in an environment that cultivated her worst traits. But now removed from that cycle of torment she reserved herself to, she now may begin the long and arduous journey of penance.
It may take time, which she has an abundance of due to her disposition.
I humbly request you give her this time to change for the better.

Addendum 864-4: Discovery 2
On 15/█/26, Authority Agents monitoring the previous KK affiliated websites were suddenly notified all "Mistress Shio" social medias reactivated with new content, featuring a woman identical to RPC-864. Authority agents swiftly apprehended this POI, and quickly identified the same anomalous properties in this person alongside identical DNA samples, labelling it as RPC-864-A. When questioned, RPC-864-A could only recount memories up to 2015.
Incident Log-864-1:
On suggestion by Head Researcher Aki, RPC-864 and RPC-864-A were left together in the same room. A small table, a carpet, 2 cups and a water jug were the only objects in the room. What was observed by researchers were this:
RPC-864 and 864-A both acted cordially towards each other, sat and talked with sipping water. Observers behind 2 way glass reported subtle indicators of wariness and confusion present in both instances. Speculation was at the time, both instances were reading the other's mind. The polite behaviour continued for an hour, until both instances physically lunged at each other.
Both 864 and 864-A began tearing into each other, rapidly lacerating limbs, stabbing eyes, disembowelling one another, only to heal themselves due to "feeding" off the other's pain. Site guards armed with sedatives were sent in to break up the altercation and did so with ease, seemingly both instances refused to prioritise any target but the other. No lasting damage was seen on either instance and both acted hostile upon awakening.
Head researcher notes:
Despite what the Global Director has deigned, I had intended to take this issue into my own hands. The severe threat this anomaly poses cannot be nullified by simply hoping it "agrees to be nice". I was doubtful of its ability to change, but this new incident has confirmed it for me.
RPC-864 has a predictable behavioural pattern, which was believed to be a defence mechanism. We now understand it to be an undiagnosed condition due to repetitive trauma over an extensive period of time (likely dating back to childhood). There is a severe disconnect between its perception of reality and ours. I.e. It asserts that it will eventually "leave our care", the documentation on its planned takeover of Kabushiki Kawaii and assassination of the Heiress… RPC-864 even deludes itself into believing that Authority personnel are in love with it when they have never interacted.
RPC-864 has been re-diagnosed by faculty. It suffers from a Severe Delusion Disorder. The constant bragging of its "career highlights", The grandiose belief of its own godhood, The unrelentless and forceful pushback on the existence of anomalies in general, the insistence of it being "The one and only" in its own words. This…bizarre self assurance has lead to the most intriguing development in its interaction with 864-A.
My initial question when organising this was "How would 864, who is so self assured to be the one and only, react with another version of itself?" The answer was far more visceral than any personnel could've expected, even I was surprised at the ferocity between the two subjects. But what does this tell us on 864's delusions?
The very existence of 864-A disrupts its perception of reality so wholly, RPC-864 has seemingly no reasoning other than to destroy it, and 864-A being a perfect copy came to the same conclusion. Despite being wary enough to pick and choose when to attack others to feed or "play", all rationality is suspended for one simple motive. While we will need to keep close observation onto if any sort of "teamwork" mindset develops, I think this development also answers the ongoing problem of feeding RPC-864. A completely sustainable way to keep both instances fed.
I just hope Kabushiki Kawaii has the wisdom to not clone RPC-864 any further. But that hope leaves much to be desired.
