RPC-554
The following file is under review for further action regarding the anomaly in question and its components.
For any inquiries regarding the progress of this review, please contact Site-███'s Director. For inquiries regarding RPC-554 itself, contact Lead Researcher Salene Peterson.
Registered Phenomena Code: 554
Containment Protocols: RPC-554 is to be housed within a purpose-built humanoid containment chamber made of segmented pieces and is to be devoid of furnishings, fixtures, or unsecured objects. In the event that RPC-554-1 intentionally or unintentionally causes the manifestation of an instance of RPC-554-2a, an electromagnetic field of appropriate intensity is to be activated throughout the containment chamber. Field strength may range from 20 mT to 1,400 mT, increasing until the instance is disabled.
Should RPC-554-1's containment chamber itself become infected and designated as an instance of RPC-554-2a, all on-site security personnel are authorized to engage and neutralize the resulting threat using any necessary means. During such incidents, unless stated otherwise, RPC-554-1 is granted authorization to leave containment and assist responding personnel. No disciplinary action is to be taken against RPC-554-1 for actions performed in the course of assisting containment efforts. Personnel are advised that cooperation with RPC-554-1 during these events is strongly recommended, as its assistance has proven beneficial in previous containment breaches.
In the event a containment breach takes place on the site RPC-554 is currently contained, the Site Director and site security leadership may enact Protocol-554: “Level: Start!”. Doing so will unlock RPC-554-1's containment cell, and allow communication via PR system or screens throughout the site. RPC-554-1 is to follow any and all orders given by on-site personnel after being presented with registered credentials of level 1 or higher, prioritizing those given from higher level staff and MST personnel. The automatic implementation of Protocol-554 in the event all authorized personnel are terminated is pending.

In recognition of sustained compliance and exemplary behavior, RPC-554-1 may be granted limited recreational privileges, including physical activity.1 Physical activity may occur within the facility's staff fitness areas, provided that no other personnel are present except for those supervising the session. Approved entertainment media may be provided through a reinforced observation window.
As RPC-554-1 and RPC-554-2 come with their own separate hazards and descriptions, they have been segmented below for distinction between the two.

Initial concept art of RPC-554-1, "Stikki", found in the Super Stacky Situation data recovered from the ██████ Studio office where RPC-554-1 first manifested.
Description:
RPC-554-1 exhibits a visual morphology consistent with low-polygon three-dimensional digital assets from late-1990s computing software. The subject stands at 78 cm, and weighs a total of 25.7 kg. While RPC-554-1 does not speak any known languages, it instead communicates via non-linguistic auditory vocalizations with electronic substitution.2 Those who are actively speaking to RPC-554-1 have reported observing a moving block of digital text translating its speech into their preferred language.
Visually RPC-554-1 resembles a Hydropotes inermis3 and possesses a vaguely anthropomorphic build consistent with video game mascot design philosophies, with a large cranium, hands, and feet in proportion to its body. X-Ray scans reveal no skeletal structure within RPC-554-1's body. The subject displays strength, speed, durability, and stamina that exceed that of average, as well as forgoing the need for sustenance and rest.
The initial turnaround4 art of RPC-554-1, found in the aforementioned studio office.
RPC-554-1’s appearance is conceptually identical to a character from a canceled video game titled “Super Stacky Situation 64”, which was to be released for the Nintendo 64 console in the year 1998 but was canceled for reasons that were never made public. RPC-554-1 claims to be, and visually resembles, an unlockable character with a different gameplay style to the main character “Stacky”, by the name of “Stikki”. RPC-554-1 has similar abilities to the aforementioned character, including an ability to manipulate and conjure projections of energy at various levels of intensity.
Approximately 20% of RPC-554-1's body is infected by RPC-554-2, including the upper left portion of its cranium, the entirety of its left arm and shoulder, and a portion of its left chest and back. This infection does not cause it pain, however it is described as being "uncomfortable" and "itchy”.
While it is useful in certain containment breach situations, all staff should remain wary of RPC-554-1. It holds an incredibly dangerous affliction capable of causing destruction on a wide scale. Do not trust it, it is a tool to be used in case of emergencies. It is not your friend.

Discovery: RPC-554 was discovered 09/12/2024 on the northwestern grounds of OL-Site-██ after it had breached the outer fencing by infecting it with RPC-554-2 and dispatching the resulting instance of RPC-554-2a. When surrounded and detained by security personnel, RPC-554-1 put up little resistance beyond insisting none of the personnel make physical contact with it. The subject displayed no hostile intention, complying with all orders and reportedly being very respectful to any and all Authority staff. Initial testing can be found in the following addenda.
